The one-page authority

What an adviser agrees to before Base IQ contacts any client. When you join, you tick this page and we keep a copy with the date.

1. I confirm that the people I load into Base IQ are my own clients or prospects, and that I am entitled to contact them about their loan.
2. I authorise Riverhorse Technologies Limited, through Base IQ, to hold their details for me and to contact them in my name to arrange a review.
3. Nothing is sent until I have approved the wording, and every message says where the details came from and has an opt-out.
4. Base IQ shows my clients information, not advice. I give the advice.
5. The details are kept in my own space, never pooled with other advisers' clients, never sold and never used for anything else.
6. I can stop all messages at any time, and ask for my clients' details to be deleted; they are deleted within 7 days of my request, or within 30 days of my leaving.
